Vic Savelli is the owner of Savelli Properties that invests in residential and vacation rentals and farm and ranch properties. Many of these properties are in Wood County including The Brooks House, The Cottage at Homestead Farms and Pine Hill Ranch among others. He also specializes in restoring historic Texas homes.

Real Estate is actually Vic’s second career, he spent 35 years in Executive management of Media and Technology companies, serving in leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of MVP Index, a tech start-up that measures the social media profile of professional athletes and entertainers, President of PegasusNews, and websites, Executive Vice President of New Media for GAP Broadcasting (now Townsquare Media) Vice President of, the website for the Dallas Morning News and Director of Sales for WFAA, the Dallas ABC affiliate among others.

While Vic spends 3 or 4 days a week in Mineola, he lives in Dallas and recently celebrated 35 years of marriage to his wife Cynthia Nix Savelli. Cynthia’s parents Beth and Everett Nix were longtime residents of Mineola. Vic and Cynthia have 2 sons.
